  Our Guarantee to You ...

The seller warrants that the above described puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership.   Puppies have been raised in a home environment.  Great care has been given to this puppy to ensure that they are in good health.  Extreme care has been exercised to prevent or eliminate parasites such as worms, fleas, ear mites, coccidiosis, etc.  However since these are common in dogs we cannot guarantee against such things and no guarantee will be given either written or expressed on worms, fleas, ticks, coccidea, or guardia.  No guarantee is given against Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).  This is common in small breeds.

I do not guarantee this puppy to be of show or breeding quality.  Color, weight, temperament, etc cannot be guaranteed in a young puppy unless notated in this agreement.  There will be no refunds.

If selling to breeder said dog should not be bred before 1 1/2 years to 2 years old with no guarantee of said dog to be a good breeder.

For the protection of all concerned, you should have a licensed veterinarian examine this dog within 48 hours (not including holidays or weekends) of purchase.  If a licensed veterinarian declares the animal in unacceptable health and the animal is returned to me within 24 hours of the exam, I will gladly exchange for another similar puppy if one is available at that time.  A written statement from the licensed veterinarian is required.  We are not responsible for any veterinarian expenses, medications, etc. that may be incurred.  In case of death during the first 10 days, an autopsy would be required at the buyers expense. After all reports from vet are in my hands, a new puppy will be issued when one of same sex, size, and color is available if puppy is found to have a genetic defect.  After the 10 days there will be no puppy given. If no autopsy is performed, no puppy will be issued and contract will be void.

All payments accepted will be either cash or money order via priority postal mail. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any puppy.  After deposit is paid and in the unfortunate event that something should happen while in my care, there will be no refunds; but you can choose another puppy if one is available or when next litter arrives.
